Incorrect Addresses

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as “Delivered” by USPS, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you believe your package was stolen, please contact your local post office and file a claim with USPS.
Returned to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim delivery:
