USPS Shipping & Mailing Policy

We proudly ship orders using United States Postal Service (USPS) to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship via USPS services, which may include:

  • First-Class Mail (typically 3–7 business days)

  • Priority Mail (typically 2–4 business days)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, a USPS tracking number will be provided. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered:

  • We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages

  • Additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as “Delivered” by USPS, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you believe your package was stolen, please contact your local post office and file a claim with USPS.

Returned to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim delivery:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of reshipping

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
