Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have  days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Defective Item Policy

We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to have a great experience with your purchase. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please review the policy below.

Reporting a Defective Item
Customers must contact us within 10 days of delivery to report any defective or damaged items. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

Proof of Defect
To process your claim, you must provide clear photo or video evidence showing the defect. This helps us assess the issue quickly and accurately.

Eligibility
To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The defect must not be caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

Resolution Options
If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following:

  • A replacement item

  • A refund to your original payment method

  • Store credit (if applicable)

Non-Eligible Claims
We reserve the right to deny claims that:

  • Are reported after the 10-day window

  • Do not include sufficient proof

  • Show signs of misuse or intentional damage

How to Submit a Claim

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photo or video evidence of the defect

We will review your request and respond within 1–3 business days.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
